Hot off the press: our draft recall law is back from the lawyers. It’s the law that would make it possible for voters to sack MPs who have behaved badly. That thousands of 38 Degrees members chipped in to make possible.

But before we go any further, we need to decide together if we’re happy with our draft law. We need to make sure that it truly represents thousands of 38 Degrees members.

There are rumours that the government’s planning to start pushing through their law in the next few weeks. So it’s really important that we get our people-powered law ready ASAP! Click here to fill in a quick poll on our draft law now:

The big difference between their draft law and ours is that theirs puts a committee of MPs in charge - while ours put voters in the driving seat. Our draft law has a lot of detail. Several MPs and other organisations, like Unlock Democracy and Taxpayers Alliance, have also been involved. This is to make sure that the government can’t ignore it by saying it wouldn’t work in practice.

The more people who fill in the poll, the more likely MPs will listen to us, as we’ll be representing the wishes of the people they need to listen to, their voters.

The sooner we’ve approved our draft law - the better position we’ll be in to stop the government pushing through their sorry excuse for a recall law.

PPS: This is a really ambitious and innovative tactic to try and secure real recall. The big stumbling block which critics against real recall have used was that it won’t work in practice.

So 38 Degrees members have been chipping in to fund our plan. A top lawyer has written the 38 Degrees draft recall bill which members are now considering. Next, a committee of MPs will scrutinise the bill and we’ll hope to get enough supporters of real recall to make the government realise they need to back it! [1]

Friends, Tomorrow, Friday 27 June, will mark the 7-year anniversary of Tony Blair's appointment as the Middle East Peace Envoy. To mark this obscene occasion we'd like you to join us aboard the specially tailored #SackBlair Bus tomorrow for a tour of London landmarks relevant to Blair's Envoy role. We'd love you to join us in the middle of our tour, between 12.30pm and 1.30pm, when we'll on Grosvenor Square rallying, opposite the US embassy, calling for Blair's removal. (After all it is the USA that ultimately decides whether Blair stays or goes). Our open-top #SackBlair Bus will be circling the square covered in banners, and we will finish by delivering the open letter to the embassy. Conveniently (both for him and us!) Tony Blair's office is also on Grosvenor Square, so we'll also be stopping there for short periods, circling around his office. We'll be filming everything for inclusion in the film so don't miss out! As for the tour, the bus will be on the move around the following landmarks between 10-12.30pm and again between 2-4pm in this order: Parliament, The QEII Centre (where Chilcot was held), the European Commission (St John's Smith Square), JP Morgan Knightsbridge, the Israeli embassy, the Russian consulate, the US embassy and the Office of Tony Blair. There is no Loyalty in Politics only among themselves to our detriment .Politics has surely taught us it really is them and us .All Parties have Lied to us and carried on a Tory Policy that started 35 years ago .Privatisation ,but no one has the Right to sell anything off that is not in the Public interest

and Privatisation is against that , did we have a say at all - no what happened to Democracy .

All Parties have been complicit in the 'Con' and no way are any of them going to be rehabilitated they will all carry on in the same vein .If you broke a broom would you try to mend it and hope it will do the job you want or be given a new one free and except it.We have the chance of a new broom ,this is the chance for the Public to have their say and it will mean something .Vote anyone but the three Main Parties they have conned ,stolen ,.cheated and lied to us all ,even their own no one escapes their duplicity .

Blair fragmented Labour and it has never regained anything of its former self ,the Tories are and have been and always will be selfish greedy and no consideration for others except for their own ends .Libdems turned out to be the biggest disappointment of them all ,what turn coats but at least we know where we stand now .Out of 650 MP'S 196 voted against having an inquiry about Poverty in this Country so it never happened that's how much the Main Parties think of us .

Its our turn now we can turn off the Gravy Train for them they have got too used to ,they do not listen to reason so they will learn the hard way .Vote anyone but any of the three Main Parties .You owe it to yourself and your kids otherwise things will only get worse .

NHS is being etched away from Public hands

The video below concerns how the NHS is being etched away from Public hands culminating in the forecast outcome of it being Private .The Green Party have obviously done their homework because they recognise that this all started under Thatcher and I have repeatedly posted that Nicholson was head hunted by her to do the very job .This all began with Ken Clarke's Care in the Community Act ,whereby they closed many Mental Health Hospitals and now more mental health patients are dealt with by being imprisoned .It also shows that it has not only been the Tories chipping away but Labour also .I personally have no faith in today's Political System or Politicians it's time we had a total clear out .

Future Prime Minister David Cameron became Director of Corporate Affairs for Carlton from July 1994 to February 2001, his only venture into employment outside of the political world .The Metropolitan Police Paedophile Unit confirmed this week to me personally that there was indeed a government and Carlton Television conspiracy over the Kengate Tapes. The police confirmed that Ian Greer along with Carlton Television conspired to cover up the “Cash for Questions” scandal for John Major’s government back in 1994. So the Prime Minster David Cameron covered up a scandal of paedophilia in 1994 as a corporate “sleaze fixer” for Carlton Television, on behalf of John Major’s Conservative Government, through Ian Greer. Now as Prime Minister, David Cameron is preventing the Metropolitan Police from investigating my case against Kenneth Clarke MP, who was involved in the scandal of sexually assaulting me in Ian Greer’s office, which Cameron helped cover up .

If you remember Kenneth Clarke introduced the Care in the Community Act under Thatcher .He was Justice Secretary under Cameron until he was reported for sexual assault and became Minister without Portfolio a nondescript title but leaves him under the 'protection' of the Establishment .

I’ll leave you with a final word from Detective Constable Ben Lambskin of the Metropolitan Police Paedophile Unit, in attempting to explain the disappearance of the Kengate Tapes, he said “You wouldn’t want that kind of thing out there” .

The last year of my leaving school was geared up to where you was going to work ,with Living in Grimsby once the largest Fishing Port in the World ,the stark choice was work in the fishing industry or 'other ' so we were categorised by the Careers Officers where you were to spend the rest of your working life .Your coerced option decided whether you where classed as T Technical or N Nautical and put into classes respectively .Fishing Industry or Other .

The retiring age then was 65 for men and 60 for women ,but life expectancy was only 71.1 years so basically the Government decided you left school worked until the age of 65 then Died shortly after .Without going into the exact maths of the issue the five years you were expected to live in retirement you had paid for by National Insurance ect .But in those days there was plenty of work ,Coal ,Steel ,Fishing and Car Industries ,you could leave a job one day and walk into another the next .

So what have you got now ,no decrease in Population ,more immigration ,less jobs and people are living longer .The Retirement Age has been increased so less opportunities for school leavers . So what is the Solution ,the situation cannot be sustained indefinitely .Every issue concerning Global Living conditions have been worked out by forecasters 30 or 40 years in advance

It is no good ignoring the situation – that is how it is ,the United Nations has agenda 21 .Other forms of 'culling' by different Countries have been studied ,proposals made and in some instigated - Bill Gate's vaccination programme in Africa is certainly not to enhance the Population so we have more starving .Monsanto ,different Chemicals in food additives ,War's and Epidemics cull so many but not enough in Modern Times for the World Population to be sustained .

So who chooses who lives and who dies ,its not a selection process as Hitler used .It is Remove the NHS or make it less accessible ,make those who are non productive earn their keep – Workfare .Get rid of the Welfare System ,linger on processing benefit claims ,there are intelligent people behind all Governments that work this all out .As we know if brains were dynamite Politicians don't have enough to blow their hats off .

Its all well and good to sign a Petition or protest march to save three legged toads in Outer Mongolia but its time people woke up to the Realities of life and re prioritised there protest actions .Save the Natterjack or Ourselves .Actions speak louder than words ,I have stopped buying Newspapers when I realised they fed us BS ,I have stopped paying my TV Licence for lack of proper News Reporting ,slowly but stealthily the Minority are getting the better of the Majority .
